Abstract

In work it is given the experimental substantiation of new ways of laser technologies use by creation of a stomach perforated defect and its sutureless endoscopic correction in experiment. As a result of experiments 3 series carred out on laboratory animals (dogs) the experimental model of perforation and its computer illustration is created. Experimentally worked out ways of the perforated defect closure (оmеntoplasty, by a glue plate «Тахокомб» and their combination) new endoscopic technologies may be introduced in clinical practice of surgical treatmentof hollow organs perforations.
